The below policies are binding on all customers and on all orders from Dog Creek Trading Company.  By placing an order with Dog Creek Trading Company, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following Terms and Conditions.

•Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Discover, check and money order are accepted forms of payment.
•Returned checks will receive a minimum $25 fee.

•Haz-mat & ORMD products will not be shipped via air freight.
•Haz-mat fees of $25 will be applied to each box containing Hazardous Materials. (50lb max product weight per box)
•Customer is responsible for all haz-mat charges. Haz-mat fees are subject to change at any time.
• Dog Creek Trading Company ships Haz-mat items (mainly fuel) within 72 hours of order placement (This does not apply to ORMD items, such as insect repellants & sealers)
•No Hazardous Materials or ORMD on shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any International orders.

• No COD's
•Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is by ground service, with freight charges added to the invoice at time the order is placed by the customer.  For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii standard shipping varies depending on reliability, convenience, and cost at Dog Creek Trading Company's sole discretion.
• DISCOUNTS AND FREIGHT DEDUCTIONS ARE ALLOWED ONLY IF THE INVOICE IS PAID WITHIN TERMS.  Orders may not be combined to meet terms for discounts.
• Any items requiring special ordering are excluded from promotional discounts unless otherwise stated.
• No international shipping outside of North America.

•Unless otherwise specified by dealer, backorders may be automatically shipped by ground up to 10 days after the original order has shipped. After 30 days, all backorders will be cancelled (unless further notified) and a credit or refund issued.
•All backorders will ship ground freight only.
•No backorders on any Alaska, Hawaii, or International orders.

•All shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Discrepancies reported after 5 business days will be disallowed.
•All returns and warranties require a Return Authorization number (R.A.#), which may be obtained from our Returns Department. To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. The Returns Department will tell you the most efficient means of return. All product returned without an R.A.#, including refused shipments, will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee.
•Dog Creek Trading Company will repair, replace or give credit on defective products at its sole discretion. As a general rule, Dog Creek Trading Company follows distributor and manufacturer warranty policies when determining issues regarding repair, replacement, etc.
•Returns of items that Dog Creek Trading Company special orders for a customer at the customer's request will be disallowed. This includes, but is not limited to items not in the catalog or unusually large quantities of catalog items.
•Dog Creek Trading Company allows the return of non-defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date.  Any exception to this rule is at Dog Creek Trading Company's sole discretion. If Dog Creek Trading Company, in its sole discretion, allows this type of return, a restocking fee of a minimum of 15% up to a maximum of 75% could be charged, especially if the item cannot be resold (i.e. the item has been used, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc.).
•No returns on food items, special orders (non-stock or large quantities of in line products), fuel or discontinued items.
•Orders returned by a freight delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 15-75% restock fee at Dog Creek Trading Company's discretion.
•Warranty or defective products may take 10-15 business days for replacement.
•Non-defective returns will receive purchasing credits only.  No cash refunds.

•Payment terms are effective at the time of purchase.
•Purchases paid by check will not be shipped until verified funds have been collected as posted and cleared.  If, in the discretion of Dog Creek Trading Company, an order paid by check is shipped prior to verification of funds and the payment is not secured by the customer's financial institution or canceled by the customer after the ordered product has been shipped; a service charge of $25 US will be assessed.   An additional service charge of $15 US per month will be added to the charges and will be levied each month until all overdue balance is paid in full.  Product will not be shipped to customers with a past due balance.  Customer agrees to pay full amount of cost and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred by Dog Creek Trading Company in the collection of overdue amounts by litigation or otherwise.  Buyer agrees to pay the full amount of returned check fees in addition to imposed service charges.
•Payments by check or money order postmarked after an effective promotional date will not receive freight allowances or other term discounts.
•Past due accounts forfeit all terms and discounts, including sale incentives.
•Dog Creek Trading Company reserves the right to hold all shipments and/or reallocate all items, products and inventory reserved for customer orders if payment is unsecured.

•No sales representative or employee of Dog Creek Trading Company shall have the power to waive any of the terms or provisions hereof, or to incur additional obligations, or to make additional representations or warranties on behalf of Dog Creek Trading Company unless same are evidenced by an agreement, in writing, signed by a duly authorized officer of Dog Creek Trading Company.

• Prices and terms are effective March 3, 2010 and are subject to change. All changes in pricing and this Shipping Policy will be posted.
